A chi piace il sapore del formaggio di capra?
Non a tutti, lo so.
A me molto. Certo... che sia però ben calibrato e non troppo invadente.

E che quel che sta succedendo sia un monito che ci faccia riflettere sul nucleare.
Come abbiamo visto non è la gestione degli impianti -ora più sicuri- che è preoccupante, ma la gestione dell'imprevisto.

In fondo si può definire un dolce destrutturato...
Eh sì, perchè tutte le uova che non ci sono nella crema sono nel dolce e tutto il burro che non c'è nell'impasto lo troviamo nella crema.
Quindi non è poi così calorico come un comune dolce con filler cremoso.
